摘要
采用基于空间序列灰色接近度的杂交组合评判方法对14个云瑞系列甘蔗杂交组合有性后代7个性状进行了综合评价,结果表明:云瑞10-648×云瑞05-785、云瑞10-648×云瑞05-207、云瑞10-509×云瑞05-456和云瑞10-509×云瑞06-8270这4个组合与理想组合灰色接近度均高于双对照组合,评价为优秀组合;云瑞10-291×云瑞08-1287、云瑞10-291×云瑞05-189和云瑞10-725×云瑞08-1287等9个组合与理想组合的灰色接近度介于双对照之间,评为较优组合。这些优良组合中出现高产高糖基因型材料的机率相对较高,可作为重点组合加强利用;同时,评价云瑞系列甘蔗杂交组合,为选配云瑞自育型杂交组合提供依据,以期提高含云南甘蔗野生血缘的云瑞系列甘蔗创新种质育种效率。
14 Hybrid combinants of Yunrui series sugarcane were evaluated using the grey proximity through seven traits （the plant height, stem diameter, Brix, the number of effective clusters, stem weight, clump weight and Brix weight）. The results showed that the grey proximity of four combinants, including Yunrui10-648xYunrui05- 785, Yunrui10-648 xYunrui05 -207, Yunrui10-509 xYunrui05 -456 and Yunrui10-509 xYunrui06-8270, were bigger than double control varieties, were belong to the best combinations; The grey proximity of 9 combinants, including Yunrui10-291xYunrui 08-1287, Yunrui 10-291xYunrui 05-189, Yunrui 10-725xYunrui 08-1287, Yunrui 10-648xYunrui 05-704, Yunrui 10-979xYunrui 05-271, Yunrui 10-956xYunrui 05-189, Yunrui 10- 979xYunrui 06-2416, Yunrui 10-956xYunrui 05-207 and Yunrui 10-725xYunrui 10-291, were bigger than CK2, were belong to the better combinations. These excellent sugarcane hybrid combinants could be used as the key combinations of high yield and high sugar content genotypes with a relatively high probability. Evaluation on the hybrid combinants of Yunrui series sugarcane would provide basis for selecting YunRui hybrid combinations and improve the efficiency of Yunnan wild pedigree sugarcane breeding.
