摘要 以废旧胶粉(WTR)为耐老化稳定剂,经表面改性后掺入以木粉及HDPE为主组分的WPC体系中,制备WTR改性WPC复合材料(WTR/WPC).结合青岛本地环境和气候的特点,选取人工模拟海水浸泡环境对4种不同WTR掺量下WTR/WPC材色、质量变化、力学性能影响对比研究.结果表明:相比于空白WPC试样,人工海水浸泡6周后的WTR/WPC材料材色转变较慢,表面无翘曲现象;但其吸水率变化较大,WTR掺量10%的达4.30%;WTR掺量15%的弯曲强度也下降了近17%. Waste tire rubber(WTR)powder after surface modification was added into WPC matrix mainly consisting of wood flour and HPDE,as a kind of anti-aging stabilizer in preparation for WTR modified WPC composite(WTR/WPC).Allowing for Qingdao local environment and climate features,the color,absorption,flexural mechanical properties of WTR/WPC with 4different WTR loadings at varied artificial seawater immersing time are comparatively studied.Results reveal,compared with the baseline WPC sample,the color transiting rate is slower,and there exists no buckling deformation phenomenon for WTR/WPC;while its absorption is much higher to 4.30% at 10% WTR loading,and its flexural strength at 15% WTR loading drops by round 17%.
