上海某办公建筑多联机空调系统的能耗调研及模拟研究 被引量:5

摘要 对上海某办公建筑第8层做了能耗调研,得到了全年能耗数据分布,该层建筑空调系统年平均能耗为42k W·h/(m2·a),其制热月最大能耗约为制冷月最大能耗的49.6%。使用Energyplus软件对该层建筑做了能耗模拟并与实际数据做了对比,分析了开机率对软件模拟能耗的影响。受开机率等行为因素影响,不同工作日计算能耗与实测能耗之间存在较大差异。 Energy consumption of VRV systems in office building of Shanghai is investigated. Annual energy consumption distribution is obtained and the mean value is 42kW · h/( m2 · a), meanwhile, the maximum monthly energy consumption in heating is about 49.6% of corresponding value in cooling. In order to get insight in running ratio on energy consumption, Energyplus is used to simulate that building and comparison is done between simulated & tested data. Due to fluctuation of running ratio, large differences are existed between simulated energy consumption and that of actual.
