摘要 目的:研究刺梨抗氧化活性部位及其化学成分。方法:采用DPPH法对刺梨提取物不同部位的自由基清除能力进行测试评价,利用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱等分离技术对其抗氧化活性部位的化学成分进行分离纯化,结合理化性质与波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:乙酸乙酯萃取部位具有较强的清除DPPH作用,其清除效果强于阳性对照品维生素C,从该活性部位中分离到5个化合物为刺梨苷(1),蔷薇酸(2),野蔷薇苷(3),arjunetin(4),1-β羟基蔷薇酸(5)。结论:化合物4,5首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective: To study the antioxidant activity part and chemical components from Rosa roxburghii fruit. Method: The free radical scavenging capacity in different parts of R. roxburghii fruit was tested and evaluated by DPPH method. The chemical components in antioxidant activity parts were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,gel column choromatography and high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). Their structures were identified by analysis of physical and spectral data. Result: The results showed that the ethyl acetate extracts had better DPPH radical-scavenging capacity than positive control ascorbic acid. Five compounds were isolated from this antioxidant activity part: kaji-ichigoside( 1),euscaphic acid( 2),rosamultin( 3),arjunetin( 4),1-β hydroxyl euscaphic acid( 5),respectively. Conclusion: Compounds 4 and 5 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
