核磁SWI序列在颅内微量出血鉴别诊断应用中相关研究

摘要 目的观察核磁SWI序列在颅内微量出血鉴别诊断的临床应用价值。方法选取我院50例颅内微出血患者进行实验观察,随机分为应用组与对照组,应用组使用核磁SWI序列方式进行诊断,对照组使用常规诊断方式,观察两组患者的病灶诊断率。结果应用组患者中有23例患者出现低病变信号,诊断率为92%,对照组中有19例患者出现低病变信号,诊断率为76%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用核磁SWI序列在颅内微量出血具有较好的鉴别诊断价值,值得在临床中推广应用。
