摘要
教育技术作为教学改革的突破口,是现代教师必须具备的教学技能,是教师职业素质的重要内容.在农村中学数学教师中,教育技术应用环境不理想,教师主动应用教育技术的意识较弱,态度欠积极,教育技术知识与能力欠缺,使用教育技术的目的存在盲目性,教育技术能力培训不够,缺乏创新意识等.提高农村中学数学教师教育技术能力的策略有:农村中学应继续加大现代教育技术环境建设;转变教师观念,提高教师对教育技术重要性的认识;加强农村中学数学教师教育技术知识普及和应用技能培训;健全农村教师教育技术评价机制,确保培训效果.
Education technology will indefinitely modernize the teaching reform into a new level, and thus become one essentialteaching skill and an integral part of teaching professional quality. This paper makes an investigation with the questionnaire on thecurrent state of rural middle school mathematics teachers' application of modem education technology, finding some commondissatisfaction like the environment of education technology application is not ideal, weak consciousness, less positive attitude,poor relevant knowledge and ability, blindness in aim of using information technology, impractical training and lack of innovationconsciousness etc. On this basis, put forward some strategies for improvements of the rural middle school mathematics teachers'educational technology ability: Rural schools should continue to intensify the building of modem education technologyenvironment; Changing the concept of teachers, improve the teachers' understanding of the importance of education technology;Strengthening the rural middle school mathematics teachers' popularization of education technology knowledge and applicationskills training; Perfect rural teacher education technology evaluation mechanism, ensure the training effect.
