摘要
研究400℃和900℃下0.25 mm 304不锈钢带的显微组织,测量了不同冷轧变形量下退火后的表面硬度。结果表明,变形量为27%的304奥氏体不锈钢带在900℃退火时,不仅可以保证其蚀刻后板形平直,同时也达到了所要求的硬度值。
Microstructure of 304 austenitic stainless steel with a thickness of 0. 25 mm was studied at the temperatures of 400 ℃ and 900 ℃,and the surface hardness was measured. The results show that 304 austenitic stainless steel strip with 27% reduction rate after annealing process at 900 ℃ can not only keep good flatness but also obtain the required hardness at the same time.
