摘要
通过对余热处理和微合金化钢筋进行即时拉伸、时效后拉伸试验,研究两种钢筋断裂源及断口"鱼眼"的形成,分析了时效处理对试样力学性能的影响。结果表明:由基体塑性和夹杂物水平所代表的综合塑性,是试样裂纹源产生位置的决定因素。试样经时效后,强度下降、伸长率提高以及能够避免断口出现鱼眼,主要是因为去氢的作用。"鱼眼"的尺寸主要受夹杂物尺寸、基体的塑性以及裂纹扩展速度影响。
The immediate tensile test before and after aging experiments was investigated on thermal mechanical treated steel bars with microalloyed. The crack sites and the "fish eyes"on the fracture were analyzed. The effect of aging process on the mechanical properties of these alloys was idientified. The results show that the crack initiation has the closely relationship with the plasticity of the steel matrix and the inclusions for the steel samples after aging process,the tensile strength decreases but the elongation increases,moreover,the"fish eyes"is lessened,which is contributed by the effect of dehydrogenation. The size of"fish eyes"is influenced by the plasticity of the steel matrix,the inclusions size and the propagation rate of the crack.
