摘要
以 2 二正丁胺基 4 ,6 二巯基均三嗪和N (2 氨乙基 ) 3 氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷为交联剂分别对聚氯乙烯糊树脂进行交联。用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪研究交联结构 ,用动态机械热分析仪研究动态力学性能以及热重分析仪研究热分解行为。通过研究确定了交联结构 ;研究结果还表明 ,交联后制品的内耗降低 ,玻璃化温度提高 ;热分解起始温度提高 。
The crosslinking of poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC) paste resin separately by 2 dibutylamino 4,6 dimercapto s triazine (DB) and N (2 aminoethyl) 3 aminopropyltrimethoxysilane(ATMS) was investigated. The molecular structures of crosslinked PVC were followed by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer; dynamical mechanical properties were measured by dynamical mechanical thermal analyzer; thermal decomposition behaviours were studied by thermal gravimetric analyzer. The results indicate that PVC could be effectively crosslinked by DB and ATMS. The molecular structures of crosslinked PVC were verified. It is also found that the crosslinking of PVC could result in improving dynamical mechanical properties and the crosslinked PVC has lower internal losses and higher glass transition temperature than the uncrosslinked PVC. Temperature at which the crosslinked sample begins to decompose is higher than that of the uncrosslinked one and its thermal stability is also improved after crosslinking.
