摘要
以罗扬鹅(L×Y)、卡扬鹅(K×Y)、浙扬鹅(Z×Y)和扬扬鹅(Y×Y)4个鹅群体为试验素材,测定其0~10周龄生长性能、10周龄屠宰性能及常规肉品质。结果表明:L×Y群体宰前活重与屠体重均显著高于K×Y群体、Z×Y群体和Y×Y群体(P〈0.05);L×Y群体胸肉肉色显著高于K×Y群体、Z×Y群体和Y×Y群体(P〈0.05);杂交组合鹅胸肌与腿肌剪切力均小于Y×Y群体,但差异不显著(P〉0.05);L×Y群体腿肌pH值显著高于其他3个群体(P〈0.05);L×Y群体胸肌蛋白质含量显著高于K×Y群体、Z×Y群体和Y×Y群体(P〈0.05);K×Y群体胸肌脂肪含量显著高于L×Y群体、Z×Y群体和YxY群体(P〈0.05)。由此可见,这种经济杂交方法不同程度地提高了鹩的生长速度和屠宰性能。
The growth performance, slaughter performance and meat quality of 70-day-old YangYang geese (Y×Y) and its 70-day-old crossbred combination LuoYang(L×Y), KaYang (K×Y), ZheYang(Z×Y) group were measured. The results indicated that the live weight and carcass weight of L×Y group were significantly higher K×Y group, Z×Y group and Y×Y group (P 〈0.05), The value of breast muscle carnation in L×Y group was higher than that of breast muscle in other 3 groups (P〈0.05).The value of breast and leg tenderness in crossbred groups was better than that of Y×Y group (P〉0.05). The value of leg pH in L×Y group was significant higher than that of leg muscle from other 3 groups (P〈0.05). The contents of crude protein of breast muscle in L×Y group was higher than that of breast muscle from geese in K×Y group, Z×Y group and Y×Y group (P〈0.05). The contents of crude fat of leg muscle in K×Y group was higher than that of the other 3 groups (P〈0.05). The results showed that the crossed combination can improve growth performance and carcass traits to some degree.
