木薯渣在锦江黄牛瘤胃中的降解率测定 被引量:5

摘要 为研究木薯渣在锦江黄牛瘤胃中的降解规律,选用3头装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的健康成年锦江黄牛,采用尼龙袋法测定木薯渣干物质(DM)、有机物质(OM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)在瘤胃中的消失率,计算瘤胃降解参数及有效降解率。结果显示:(1)木薯渣的纤维性和非纤维性碳水化合物含量较高,分别达到35.7%和51.2%;(2)木薯渣在瘤胃内前36 h的降解速率较快,之后减慢,并逐渐趋于平稳;(3)木薯渣DM、OM、NDF、ADF、CP的有效降解率分别为63.13%、63.05%、46.55%、25.39%和32.49%,其瘤胃可利用性高于苔草和苜蓿。以上结果表明,木薯渣营养丰富,可利用性高,具有较高的饲用价值。 To study the ruminal degradability of cassava dregs in Jinjiang cattle,three heahhy aduh Jinjiang cattles with permanent rumeu fistula were used to determine the disappearance tale, digestion kinetics,and effective disappearance of dry matter ( DM ), organic matter (OM), crude protein (CP), neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergcnt fiber (ADF)of cassava dregs in the rumen by the nylon bag technology.The resuhs showed that: (1)Cassava dregs contained more fiber(35.7% )and non-fiber(51.2% )carbohydrates. (2)The disappearanee rate of cassava dregs were faster before 36 hours in the tureen,then decreased and leveled off gradually at last. (3)The effective disappearance of DM,OM,CP,NDF and ADF of cassava dregs were 63.13% ,63.05% ,46.55% ,25.39% and 32.49% ,respectively.The rumen availability of cassava dregs was higher than that of carex and alfalfa hay.These resuhs indieated that cassava dregs were nutritious and had high feeding value.
