摘要
为了提高配电网的故障处理性能,论述了多级级差实现配电网继电保护配合的可行性。分析了装设瞬时电流速断保护情况下级差配合的适应范围。给出了多级级差保护与配电自动化协调配合的配电网故障处理策略的配置原则,讨论不具备多级级差保护配合条件时的处理和分布式电源接入带来的影响。研究结果表明:配电网多级级差继电保护配合是可行的,可以实现用户故障不影响分支,分支故障不影响主干线。即使安装了瞬时电流速断保护的情形仍然有一部分区域具备级差配合的条件。配电自动化与继电保护协调配合,能够显著提高故障处理性能。
To improve the performance of fault isolation and restoration in distribution grids, the feasibility of relay protection based on time-delay coordination in distribution systems is investigated. The adaptive ranges of time-delay coordination in case of instantaneous over-current relay protection installed are analyzed. Design considerations of hybrid fault isolation and restoration combined by time-delay based relay protection and distribution automation system (DAS) are given. The influences on the fault treatment process in case of distribution generation (DG) implanted and without time-delay coordination are discussed. It is concluded that the time-delay coordination is feasible with which the outage of a branch can be avoided when a fault occurs in a custom and the outage of a trunk can be avoided when a fault occurs on one of its branches. Even in the case of instantaneous over-current relay protection installed, the corresponding feeder has some capacities of time-delay coordination. The performance of fault isolation and restoration can be remarkably improved by the combination of relay protection and distribution automation system.
