摘要
通过对美国的适应体育教育培养标准体系和融合体育体适能训练师培养标准体系进行深入分析,对当代美国残疾人培养体系的特征、特点进行多元探讨,发现当代美国的残疾人体育服务人才培养以扎实的高等教育为基础,以社会组织、行业组织共同设置的专业资质、资格认定为专业导向,在学校教育、职业教育、职后教育协调发展下,形成了具有现代残疾观指导下的残疾人体育专业服务人才培养结构。权威的、高质量的行业协会不仅能够有效承担其培训、认证的组织工作,而且通过与政府部门协作,更能发挥其行业专业指导影响力,从而有效的对相关证书、资质授予进行论证、实践。美国的残疾人体育服务人才培养体系的行业资质认定以及专业证书授予都是我们今后残疾人体育发展可以借鉴的经验。
By analyzing Adapted Physical Education National Standards APENS and Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer system, the study found that the modern development of professionals in physical activity service for people with disabilities in America was worked out by nongovernment organizations, nonprofit organizations, and the industry associations. Social organizations were mainly in charge of system setup, certifying the professions and evaluation the programs with regard to PA for people with disability. Research facilities, universities and government played a role of coordination and supports. Chinese government's role is changed to be service-centered, which requires NGOs and NPOs in China to explore an effective system to cultivate professionals in professionals in physical activity service for people with disabilities.
