摘要
针对国内外对于含镍废物综合处理的研究的不足,从物化、生物法评述了国内外沉淀法、离子交换法、膜滤法、吸附法、生物修复法和电化学法处理含镍废水处理的研究进展,并对不同类型的含镍废物的处理方法及金属镍回收方式进行了归纳,分析了各种方法的主要影响因素,指出了各种处理方法的优势和不足。认为含镍废物回收技术工艺的主要研究方向是加强传统冶金与机械处理、电解冶金进行组合使用,通过机械处理中破碎、磁选作为预处理筛选出镍富集体,利用电解冶金提炼金属镍的高纯度特点,加强组合方法的机理研究,对运行参数进行优化,最终实现在较低的成本下能提高的镍回收率和纯度。
For the deficiency research on the integrated treatment of waste containing nickel of home and abroad. This paper from the physicochemical,biological method reviewed the progress of nickel wastewater treatment of precipitation method ion exchange, membrane filtration, adsorption, bioremediation method and electrochemical method at home and abroad. And different types of nickel-containing wastes processing method and nickel recovery methods were summarized. Analyzes the main factors of various methods and pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of various treatment methods. Presented the main research direction of nickel-containing waste recycling technology to optimize the process was strengthen the combination of traditional metallurgical and mechanical processing, electrolytic metallurgy, by mechanical crushing, magnetic separation as a pre-selected group of nickel-rich, by the characteristics of electrolytic metallurgical refined of nickel of high purity, strengthening the combination methods of mechanism and optimized of operating parameters,and ultimately to improve nickel recovery and purity at a lower cost.
