上海某集团旗下的一农药厂日排放生产废水100 m^3,根据该企业实际的废水水质情况,COD为25 000mg/L、NH3-N、Cl^-质量浓度分别为27 000-50 000、27 000 mg/L,先采用“气浮+汽提+蒸发结晶”预处理工艺去除废水中的杂质、NH3-N及Cl^-;再通过Fenton高级氧化技术将废水中的难降解有机物转化成小分子可生物降解的有机物,最后通过厌氧UASB+接触氧化处理使废水达标排放。对比原水与最终出水水质,COD、NH3-N的去除率分别可以达到98%、99.96%,出水p H范围在6-9。出水各项污染物的浓度完全满足所要求的废水排放标准。
A combined process was designed for a pesticide manufacturing plant in Shanghai with daily wastewater discharge quantity of 100 cubic meters. Considering the real condition of raw wastewater quality(25 000 mg/L of COD, 27 000-50 000 mg/L of NH3-N and 27 000 mg/L of Cl^-), the combined process of flotation-stripping-evaporative crystallization was proposed to remove the NH3-N, Cl^-and other impurities. The Fenton advanced oxidation method was subsequently applied to break the long-chain of macro organic chemical compounds, which made it much easier metabolized by microbes. The UASB-contact oxidation method was chosen later as the final treatment process. The results showed that the removal efficiency of COD and NH3-N could reach 98% and 99.96%, respectively, and p H of effluent ranged from 6 to 9. Each parameter of the effluent met well with the wastewater discharge standard.
