氟康唑联合克霉唑阴道栓治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效评价被引量：20

摘要目的:探讨对霉菌性阴道炎采取氟康唑联合克霉唑阴道栓治疗的临床疗效。方法:将我院72例霉菌性阴道炎患者随机分为观察组36例和对照组36例。对照组单独给予克霉唑阴道栓治疗,观察组采取氟康唑联合克霉唑阴道栓治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:治疗10d之后,观察组的总有效率为80.56%,对照组为58.33%,差异显著,P<0.05;治疗1个月后,观察组的总有效率为94.44%,对照组为77.78%,差异显著,P<0.05;观察组无复发情况,对照组复发率为11.11%,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:在霉菌性阴道炎治疗中,氟康唑联合克霉唑阴道栓的疗效显著,治愈率高。
