摘要
目的:对孟鲁司特钠、布地奈德联合治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效进行评价。方法:选择2014年6月-2015年6月笔者所在医院收治的60例支气管哮喘患儿作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组。对照组予常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用孟鲁司特钠、布地奈德,观察比较两组患儿治疗后的总有效率和咳嗽、喘息及哮鸣音消失时间。结果:观察组治疗后的总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的70.0%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿咳嗽、喘息及哮鸣音消失时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规对症治疗支气管哮喘的同时加用孟鲁司特钠、布地奈德,可以提高疗效,有效缓解患者的临床症状,值得推广和应用。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Montelukast combined with Budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Method：60 cases of bronchial asthma treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2014 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in control group were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment,the observation group on the basis of the control group was given Sodium Montelukast combined with Budesonide,the total efficiency was observed and compared after treatment in two groups,and the coughing,wheezing and wheezing in singing disappearance time were compared between two groups.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,it was higher than 70.0% of the control group,the efficacy of two groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The cough,wheezing and wheezing disappearance time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The conventional symptomatic treatment combined with Sodium Montelukast and Budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma,can improve the curative effect,effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,is worth of popularization and application.
