INTERTAN与DHS治疗股骨转子间骨折临床对比研究

摘要 目的:INTERTAN与动力髋螺钉治疗股骨转子间骨折临床治疗效果对比研究。方法:对2005年3月-2013年11月收入笔者所在医院的70例股骨转子间骨折患者进行回顾性对照研究,其中采用INTERTAN治疗32例,DHS治疗38例,对两种术式的手术创伤、术后功能等情况进行比较。结果:两组手术时间、切口长度、术中出血量等比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),Harris髋关节功能评分、骨折愈合时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:INTERTAN手术时间明显减少、术中透视次数少、术中出血量少,对于复杂的不稳定型的股骨转子间骨折,应用INTERTAN髓内固定系统效果更好。
