摘要
田陈煤矿7112综放工作面首次揭露陷落柱,由于陷落柱具有导水性特点,防治水是安全生产的重点,通过查资料和现场使用瞬变电磁仪进行探测,确定其赋存情况,提出过陷落柱方案,经过对比科学论证,确定可行性方案,经过改变劳动组织,优化劳动方式,采取两班打眼放炮,两班组织生产,加快推进速度,采用钻爆法崩落岩石,煤机滚筒装岩强推硬过方式过陷落柱。期间采取了许多新措施,积累了许多好的经验和方法,而且为以后遇到类似情况提供了宝贵经验和技术支持。
Tianchen 7112 mechanized mining face revealed collapse column for the first time. Because the collapse column has water conductivity characteristics, prevention and treatment of water is the focus of production safety. This paper detected collapse column by checking the information and on-site use of transient electromagnetic instrument to determine its occurrence situation and propose the scheme of crossing collapse column, determined the feasible program after comparison and scientific studies, changed labor organization,optimized labor way, took two classes for drill blasting and production, accelerated the speed, used drilling and blasting for rock avalanche,and applied coal roller to transport rock to cross the collapse column. Many new measures were taken, and a lot of good experiences and methods were accumulated which provide valuable experience and technical support for similar situation in the future.
