摘要 生态功能区划是区域生态环境保护、自然资源科学管理与可持续利用的基础。根据张家口市地形地貌、土地利用类型、道路河流、生态环境要素等数据,利用GIS技术,采用自上而下的方法进行张家口市土地生态功能区划分。一级土地生态功能分区以地貌为主导因素进行划分,即坝上高原生态功能区和坝下山间盆地生态功能区。在此基础上,以土地利用类型为主导因素进行二级生态功能区的划分,即草原与农业生产生态功能区、森林草原水源涵养生态功能区、中部城镇生态建设功能区、西部农业与生态环境建设功能区、东部森林水源涵养与水土保持生态功能区、南部森林水源涵养与生物多样性保护生态功能区,提出了各个生态功能区土地利用优化调控的方向,为区域生态保护与生态建设提供参考依据。 Ecological function regionalization was the basis of ecological environment protection and natural resources scientific management and sustainable use. Based on the topography, land use types, road, river and environmental factors data, using GIS technology, adopting the top - down method, this paper carried the study on land ecological function regionalization of Zhangjiakou City. The first grade ecological function regionalization was classified according to topography, namely, Bashang plateau ecological function regionalization and Baxia intermountain basin. Further, the second regionalization land use types was classified on the above, namely, grassland and agricultural production ecological function regionalization, forest - grassland conservation water resources ecological function regionalization, central city ecology construction ecological function regionalization, western agriculture and ecology construction ecological function regionalization, eastern forest conservation water resource and soil erosion ecological function regionalization, and southern forest conservation water resources and biological diversity protection ecological function regionalization. The land use ad- justment of ecological function regionalization was suggested based on the above analysis. This paper provided basis for the ecological protection and construction of Zhangjiakou City.
