常压下丁酮连氮制水合肼工艺研究

摘要 常压下酮连氮制备水合肼收率较高的试验条件:丁酮的25%氨饱和溶液100 m L加水20 m L,在10℃条件下滴加12%次氯酸钠溶液8 m L,控制滴加时间在60 min,滴加完毕后保温180 min,再将反应液升温至70℃,并保温120 min。在此条件下,水合肼收率为88.39%。 The test conditions under which hydrazine hydrate was prepared with high yield from ketazine under normal pressure comprised adding 20-mL water to 100-mL 25 wt% ammonia saturated butanone solution , dropwise adding 8-mL 12 wt% sodium chlorate solution at 10 ℃ within 60 min, keeping the mixture at 10℃for 180 min, then heating the reaction solution to 70℃and keeping it at 70℃for 120 min.The yield of hydrazine hydrate was 88 .39%under the above conditions .
