摘要
目的:观察安多霖对进展期胃肠道肿瘤患者化疗后的免疫功能的影响。方法:将40例进展期胃肠道肿瘤患者,20例胃癌,20例肠癌,随机分为2组,并设正常对照组,对照组为单纯化疗组,化疗方案为FOLFOX4,试验组为化疗FOLFOX4+安多霖,于化疗的第1天开始服用安多霖,每天3次,每次1.28g,所有患者均于化疗前1d及化疗7d后测定其外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及血常规,并进行对照分析。结果:胃癌患者外周血CD3+T细胞,CD4+T细胞低,CD8+T细胞高,CD4/CD8+比值低,与正常对照有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组化疗后外周血CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+细胞比值较化疗前显著下降(P<0.05),CD8+细胞水平显著升高(P<0.05);试验组化疗后外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+细胞比值较化疗前无显著差异(P>0.05)。化疗后试验组外周血CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+细胞比值均较对照组显著升高(P<0.05),CD8+细胞水平与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),化疗后实验组白细胞数值显著高于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01),结论:进展期胃肠道肿瘤免疫功能低下,化疗进一步抑制机体免疫功能,安多霖能有效增强进展期胃肠道肿瘤患者化疗后的免疫功能同时减少骨髓抑制。
Objective: To evaluate the effects of anduolin on the immunologic function of patients with advanced gastrointestinal carcinomas undergoing chemotherapy. Methods: Forty patients with advanced gas trointestinal carcinomas were randomly divided into two groups:20 patients in the control group received FOLFOX chemotherapy alone, 20 patients in experimental group were treated with the same chemotherapy regime combined with anduolin chemotherapy. Compared with normal control group. The number of T lymphocyte subsets( CD3^+, CD4^+, CD8^+ ) and the blood routine of all patients were examined in blood samples at 1 day before chemotherapy and after 7 days of chemotherapy. Results: In patients with advanced gastrointestinal carcinomas, numbers of CD3^+ T cell CD4^+ T cell and CD4^+/CD8+ratio were significantly lower than those in normal controls (P〈 0.05) while CD8^+ T lymphocyte number was increased significantly. In control group, the numbers of CD3^+,CD4^+ T cells and CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio significantly declined than those before chemotherapy(P〈0.05) while CDS+T lymphocyte number was increased significantly. In experimental group, there were no significant differences between the numbers of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+ T cells and CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio before and after chemotherapy( P 〉 0.05) . After chemotherapy, the numbers of CD3^+, CD4^+ T cells and CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio were higher in experimental group than in control group( P 〈 0.05) , while the number of CD8^+ T lymphocyte was similar between two groups. Number of white blood cells of peripheral blood were significantly higher in experimental group than in control group after chemotherapy(P〈0.01) . Conclusion: The immune function in patients with advanced gastrointestinal carcinomas is suppressed and further inhibited after chemotherapy, anduolin can improve the immunologic function of patients with advanced gastrointestinal carcinomas undergoing chemotherapy and reduce bone marrow suppression.
