全棉籽具有高脂肪、高蛋白、过瘤胃等特点,其用作饲料原料愈加受到重视。文章从棉籽的营养特性、瘤胃发酵及其在奶牛上的应用进行阐述,以期为棉籽在奶牛上的应用提供指导。
Whole cottonseed is valued as feedstuff with the characteristics of high fat, high protein and rumen bypass. This review elucidated the nutrition characteristics, ruminal fermentation and application in the dairy cow diets and in hope to provide guidance.
