摘要
随着人们环保意识的增强、环保法律法规的健全,越来越多的企业关注废旧产品的回收及利用。废旧产品的回收利用及再制造活动不仅有利于企业节约成本、保护环境而且有助于建立企业信誉、赢得客户。然而,由于回收产品数量、质量等不确定性,逆向物流网络构建具有很大的困难。本文运用模糊规划的方法,通过建立模糊期望值模型来设计模糊环境下废旧产品回收利用及再制造的逆向物流网络,并通过模糊模拟和遗传算法相结合的混合智能算法对模型进行了求解,并进行了实例验证。
With the enhancement of environmental protection consciousness of the people and the improvement of environmental protection laws,more and more enterprises are focusing on the waste product recycling activity. The waste product recycling and remanufacturing activities are conducive to enterprises to save cost, protect the environment, build enterprise credibility and win customers.However, to build a sound and efficient reverse logistics network has a lot of difficulties for the uncertainty of the quantity and quality of recycled products. This article applies the method of fuzzy planning, through the establishment of fuzzy expected value model to design waste product recycling and remanufacturing reverse logistics network under the fuzzy environment, then through the combination of fuzzy simulation and genetic algorithm of hybrid intelligent algorithm to solve the mode, and the validity is verified by an example.
