摘要
基于文献综述,提出团队氛围与心理资本对研究生知识共享行为影响的研究模型。以研究生导师、研究生和少数博士后组成的科研团队为调查对象搜集数据,对研究模型进行实证分析。研究发现,团队氛围中的导师沟通、团队信任感、创新支持感对心理资本、研究生知识共享行为产生显著的正向影响;心理资本在导师沟通对研究生知识共享行为的影响关系中发挥部分中介作用,在团队信任感、创新支持感对研究生知识共享行为的影响关系中发挥完全中介作用。
Based on a model considering the impact of team culture and psychological capital on graduate students' knowledge sharing behavior, this study is focused on research teams formed by students, postdoctoral researchers and their supervisors. Results show that member communication, mutual trust and support for innovation have a positive impact on psychological cap- ital and knowledge sharing. Psychological capital plays a partial meditating role in communication with supervisors while team trust and innovation support have a fully meditating effect on knowledge sharing.
