摘要
分析了150Tz668Y-450W型最小流量调节阀产生液体动力噪声的原因,介绍了调节阀的结构特点,论述了应用CFD数值模拟方法预测和计算噪声的流程和分析结果,提供了最小流量调节阀结构改进和性能提升的理论依据。
The cause for hydrodynamic noise of 150Tz668Y- 450 W minimum flow control valve is analysed by using the CFD numerical simulation method. The structure characteristics of the control valves are introduced,the process and analysis results of Prediction and calculation noise by CFD numerical simulation method are discussed,it provides a theoretical basis for structural improvement and performance increase for minimum flow control valve.
