摘要
针对北京地铁九号线区间隧道下穿既有建筑物的典型实例,在对建筑物现状及变形分析的基础上,采用数值模拟分析计算了三种不同施工方案下对建筑物地基基础及邻近地面的沉降规律,并通过对现场施工方案与监测数据进行对比分析,得出了一些规律:在计算方案中,采用隔离桩能对控制地基基础变形起到关键作用;隧道下穿的建筑物地基基础类型对变形特征有较明显的影响;对于砂卵石地层中地铁隧道下穿建筑地基基础,采用CD法施工并结合全断面外轮廓注浆等辅助措施是安全可靠的。
Based on the analysis of building's deformation and current situation,the subsidence law of existing buildings and adjacent ground beneath the metro line 9 tunnels are analyzed with Flac3 D numerical simulation method under three kinds of construction scheme. Some conclusion can be drawn under the contrast between construction scheme and engineering monitoring data. In computing scheme,partition piles play an important role in controlling deformation of foundation. The exist building's foundation where the tunnel passes though has much influence on the deformation character. Applying construction method of CD and auxiliary measures which slip casting on the outline of the full building foundation section is safe and reliable for the foundation which is traversed by the tunnels in the sandy gravel stratum.
