摘要
结合赣州新源大厦基坑工程实践,选取一根土钉进行现场原位试验,分析土钉的轴力分布及位移变化规律。试验结果表明,土钉的轴力分布表现为中间大两端小的特征,土钉的受力沿全长方向存在唯一的极大值,支护完成后土钉最大轴力位于离面板最近的地方,即最大拉力作用点出现在近面层2.0 m处,与最下一排土钉墙后的滑裂面与面板距离最小。土钉受力有时步效应,水平位移随开挖面距离的增加逐渐减小,面板对限制边坡变形有一定作用。该试验进一步揭示了土钉支护的作用机理,对土钉支护结构的设计提出了有益的建议。
Combined with foundation pit engineering of Ganzhou Xinyuan building,a pull-out test on one pilot soil nailing and analysis on axial force distribution and displacement variation laws of soil nailing are carried out. The result shows that the soil nailing axial force distribution has the characteristic as bigger value in the middle and smaller at ends. The force of soil nailing has exclusive maximum value along the length direction and the maximum axial force is located away from the nearest facing concrete in soil nailing,the action point of maximum tension is located at 2 m near the facing concrete. The minimum distance is between slip surface behind the last row of soil nailing wall and facing concrete. The soil nailing stress has time effect and the horizontal displacement gradually decreases with the increasing of the excavation surface distance,the facing concrete has effect on limiting the deformation. The test further revealed the mechanism of soil nailing,useful suggestions are proposed for soil nailing structure of design and construction..
