摘要
采用RFPA2D数值模拟软件结合正交试验设计,以岩石均质度、试件尺寸、加载速率为正交试验的三个因素,以离散系数作为试验结果的考察指标,研究随机性对高均质岩石类材料声发射时序特征的影响,离散系数越小说明随机性影响越小。结果表明:随机性对高均质岩石类材料破裂过程中声发射类型几乎没有影响皆为主震型,离散系数为0,但对声发射峰值数和破坏前声发射数表现出差异性,离散系数均大于0.15;高均质岩石类材料中,影响随机性的因素从主到次为:均质度、加载速率、试件尺寸;均质度越高,随机性对岩石声发射峰值数差异性影响越小;随机性对峰值前声发射数的第一阶段和第三阶段的影响大于第二阶段的影响,离散系数分别为1.27、0.32、0.1。
In order to study the effects of randomness on characteristics of the acoustic emission sequential characteristic of high homogeneous rock materials, RFPA2D numerical simulation software was combined with orthogonal experiment design, rock homogeneity, specimen size and loading rate as taken as three factors of orthogonal test,the discrete coefficient was regarded as the investigation index of the test result. A smaller discrete coefficient means the randomness has a smaller influence. The results show that the randomness has almost no effect on the type of acoustic emission of high homogeneous rock in process of rock fracture,the discrete coefficient is 0,while it has different influence on the number of acoustic emission peaks and acoustic emission number before the fracture,the discrete coefficient is 0.15. For the high homogeneous rock materials,the factors affecting randomness from primary to secondary are uniformity,loading rate,specimen size respectively. The influence of randomness on the difference in the number of acoustic emission peaks of rock decreases with the homogeneity higher. The effect of randomness on the number of pre peak AE emissions in the first and third stages is greater than that of the second stage,the discrete coefficients are 1.27,0.32 and 0.1.
