摘要
结合国内外公路隧道运营等级评估研究成果以及《公路隧道设计规范第二册交通工程与附属设施》等相关规范,采用数据统计和理论分析方法探讨并提出适合我国隧道发展状况的安全等级评价方法,对隧道总体参数、供配电等8大类运营安全参数进行了详细的研究,并给出了每个分项的标准值、最大值、最小值以及被评估隧道的最高分,通过"安全分数评价表"的形式直观的展现研究成果。建立了基于成本-效益的隧道运营安全改善方案决策模型,为隧道运营管理者的改善方案提供决策依据。在EuroTAP公路隧道运营风险参数的基础上,增加了隧道总体、路面结构、车速等风险参数,扩大了其评价范围和精度。以期为科学合理的进行公路隧道运营安全等级评估提供参考。
According to the evaluation of highway tunnel operation safety level,combined with the research results of the domestic and international highway tunnel operation grade evaluation,and the " Specifications for Design of Highway Tunnels Section 2 Traffic Engineering and Affiliated Facilities " and other related codes of China,8 kinds of security parameters evaluation score table include tunnel total parameters,power supply,etc. Standard value,the maximum and minimum value and the highest score of the evaluated tunnel are gave out through the safety evaluation score table. A decision-making model based on cost-benefit tunnel operation security improvement scheme is established to provide decision-making basis for the improvement plan of tunnel operation manager. Based on the operational risk parameters of the Euro TAP road tunnel,the risk parameters such as the overall tunnel structure,pavement structure and vehicle speed were increased,and the evaluation range and accuracy were expanded to provide a reference for scientific and reasonable evaluation of road tunnel operation safety level.
