摘要
迎门滩—马滩隧道是黄土地区第一条下穿黄河的城市轨道交通隧道,也是兰州轨道交通1号线的重点及难点工程之一;该工程采用盾构法施工。该隧道工程地质条件极其复杂,周边环境极为特殊,在工程施工过程中存在极大的不确定性及安全风险。为降低隧道施工风险,确保工程施工安全,在相关资料统计分析及专家咨询的基础上,主要考虑了机械风险、人工操作风险、工程地质风险、施工环境风险、自然环境风险以及人文与社会环境风险,建立了下穿黄河隧道盾构施工的风险指标体系;在此基础上,采用层次分析法及多级模糊综合评价法,对迎门滩—马滩下穿黄河隧道盾构施工风险进行评价研究;评价结果与工程现场基本吻合。
The Yingmentan-Matan tunnel(YMT),excavated by a slurry shield machine,is the first urban rail transit tunnel under-passing the Yellow River in loess area,and it is one of the keys and difficult project of line 1 of Lanzhou rail transit.The geological environment of YMT is extremely complex,and the surrounding environment is very special,so,there is great uncertainty and security risk during the construction of this tunnel engineering.In order to decrease the construction risk and ensure construction safety,according to the statistical analysis of construction files and expert consultation results,the risk index system of shield tunneling under-crossing the yellow river is built thinking about the risk factors including mechanical,manual operation,geology,construction environment,natural environment,human and social environment.Based on these,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are all used to assess the risk of shield construction of YMT,and the assessment result is in line with the actual situation.
