海黍子苗种繁育技术初探 被引量:3

Studies on Seedling Development and Seedling-Rearing of Sargassum Muticum

摘要 对海黍子有性繁殖与幼苗发育进行了观察,研究了光照、温度、附着基、海上培养水层等条件对幼孢子体生长及成活的影响,结果表明,在试验条件下,温度12-21℃、光照20μmol·m^-2·s^-1基本能满足海黍子幼孢子体生长,光照过高将导致幼孢子体存活率降低,在大生产中适当提高光照可使幼孢子体生长更健壮。从脱苗率及幼苗生长速度方面,附着基材质以布帘及石块效果更好,幼苗海面培育在50-100cm水层较为适宜。本文初步构建了1套室内与海上相结合的幼苗培育技术。 The topic focused on characteristic of seedling development and seedling-rearing of Sargassum muticum.The effects of light intensities,temperatures,culth and water layers on the growth and survival of seedlings were also been studied.It has been proved to be an effect seedling-rearing way which combinate indoor with offshore.
