摘要
漏钢预报系统是解决连铸过程中漏钢事故的主要途径,预报系统中的温度成像分析关系着预报的准确率和稳定性。改进了结晶器铜板上热电偶的埋偶方式,采用3排冷热双面两只热电偶的埋设方式,对传输的铜板区域温度变化数据,进行分析处理,总结数据变化规律。利用3次样条插值算法设计了温度图像转换算法,应用VC语言编程开发了能够反映结晶器铜板温度分布的热成像漏钢预报系统。测试结果表明:系统实现了对铜板温度的在线监控,提高了预报的准确率和稳定性,成像更加细腻、圆滑,应用效果较好。
Breakout prediction system is the main way to solve the breakout accident in the continuous casting process, the thermal imaging analysis is related to the prediction accuracy and stability. This paper improves the embedding way of thermalcouple in the mold copper plate. Two thermalcouples are buried in the cold and hot side in three rows. The temperature data in the transmission area of the copper plate is analyzed, and then the changing rules of these data are summarized. A temperature image conversion algorithm is designed using the cubic spline interpolation algorithm. The thermal imaging of the breakout prediction system reflecting the temperature distribution in the mold copper plate is developed with VC programming language. The test results show that the system has realized the online monitoring for the copper plate temperature, improved the accuracy and stability of prediction, the images are more fine and smooth, and have good application effect.
