摘要
采用滤纸接触试验和人工土壤试验方法,分别以24h、48h和7d、14d为试验周期,研究持久性有机污染物全氟辛酸(perfluorooctanoic acid,PFOA)对赤子爱胜蚓(Eisenia foetida)的急性毒性效应。滤纸接触法测得的24h和48h的半数致死剂量(LD50)分别为25.715×10-3 mg/cm2和19.298×10-3 mg/cm2。人工土壤法测得的7d和14d的LD50分别为964.85 mg/kg和932.79mg/kg。随PFOA浓度升高赤子爱胜蚓的死亡率增加,呈现出明显的剂量-效应关系。研究结果表明,赤子爱胜蚓的死亡率可以作为对土壤中持久性有机污染物PFOA进行定量表征的一种生物标志物。
In order to determine the effects of pollution caused by PFOA(perfluorooctanoic acid)on earthworms,acute toxicological effects of PFOA on earthworm(Eisenia foetida)was determined using 24-h and 48-h paper contact test,7-d and 14-d artificial soil test.After 24 hand 48hexposure in filter paper contact,LD50 of the earthworm were 25.715×10-3 mg/cm2 and 19.298×10-3 mg/cm2 respectively.In artificial soil,The 7-d-LD50 and 14-d-LD50 of the test substance PFOA to earthworm were 964.85 mg/kg and 932.79 mg/kg.The results showed that PFOA had toxicities on the earthworm,and the mortality increased with the increase of PFOA concentration,the mortality could be used as an effective biomarker for toxicity assessment of PFOA to Eisenia fetida.
