摘要
我国青少年事务社会工作人才队伍建设与青少年社会工作现实服务,对青少年事务社会工作者职业素养的理论研究与实践培养提出了迫切要求。以职业胜任力模型为指导构建了本土青少年事务社会工作者职业素养的基本框架,剖析了青少年事务社会工作者职业素养内涵,并在此基础上提出了青少年事务社会工作者职业素养的培养对策。
The talents construction of youth social workers in our country and the social work practice demand badly on its theoretical studies and talents cultivation about youth social work. This paper is to build a basic frame to cultivate professional qualities of youth social workers guided by the model of professional abilities, to analyze the connotations about the professional qualities of the youth social workers and to bring forth the strategies to cultivate these qualities.
