摘要
目的探讨奥卡西平联合鼠神经生长因子(m NGF)治疗带状疱疹神经痛的临床效果。方法 46例带状疱疹神经痛患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各23例。两组患者均给予阿昔洛韦和甲钴胺治疗;观察组在此基础上加用鼠神经生长因子肌内注射,奥卡西平口服。观察两组治疗前及治疗后1、2、4周时神经痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分改善程度及临床疗效。结果用药后观察组VAS评分、临床疗效均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论奥卡西平联合鼠神经生长因子治疗带状疱疹神经痛效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of oxcarbazepine combined with mouse nerve growth factor （mNGF） in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia.Methods A total of 46 patients with herpes zoster neuralgia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 23 cases in each group. Both groups received acyclovir and mecobalamine for treatment. The observation group received additional mouse nerve growth factor by intramuscular injection and oxcarbazepine by oral administration. Visual analogue scale （VAS） score improvement and clinical effect were compared between the two groups before and after 1, 2, 4 weeks of treatment.Results After medication, the observation group had much better improvement in VAS score and clinical effect than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Both groups had no severe adverse reactions.Conclusion Combination of oxcarbazepine and mouse nerve growth factor provides precise effect in treating herpes zoster neuralgia, and this method is worthy of clinical promotion.
