摘要
目的：分析左氧氟沙星所致不良反应及临床合理用药。方法选取2013年9月—2014年9月进贤县人民医院收治的左氧氟沙星所致不良反应患者59例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果59例患者中21～60岁者50例（84.7%）；给药剂量200～400mg 有30例（50.8%）；静脉滴注51例（86.4%），口服7例（11.9%），滴眼1例（1.7%）；累及皮肤及其附件19例（32.2%），过敏性休克11例（18.6%），累及神经系统10例（16.9%）；停药后症状消失40例（67.8%），经糖皮质激素治疗康复10例（16.9%），对症治疗后康复9例（15.3%）。结论使用左氧氟沙星时必须严格掌握药物适应证，结合患者性别、年龄、给药剂量、给药途径等合理使用，以减少不良反应的发生。
Objective Analysis of adverse reactions caused by levofloxacin and clinical rational drug use. Methods A total of 59 cases with adverse reactions induced by levofloxacin were selected in the People＇s Hospital of Jinxian County from September 2013 to September 2014,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results 59 patients 21 ～ 60 years of age had 50 cases（84. 7% ）;dosage of administration 200 ～ 400mg had 30 cases（50. 8% ）;intravenous infusion 51 cases （86. 4% ）,oral 7 cases（11. 9% ）,eye drops 1 cases（1. 7% ）;involving the skin and its accessories 19 cases（32. 2% ）, anaphylactic shock 11 cases（18. 6% ）,central nervous system 10 cases（16. 9% ）;after drug withdrawal symptoms disap-peared 40 cases（67. 8% ）,glucocorticoid therapy rehabilitated 10 cases（16. 9% ）,rehabilitated after symptomatic treatment 9 cases（15. 3% ）. Conclusion Levofloxacin indications must be mastered strictly when using drugs,combined with patient gender,age,dosage,drug dosing way such as fair use,which can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
