摘要
为观察手术配合中药内服外用治疗肛门尖锐湿疣的临床效果，将68例肛门尖锐湿疣患者随机分为对照组与观察组各34例，对照组采用常规手术治疗，观察组在手术治疗基础上采用中药内服外用结合治疗，观察两组患者临床疗效。结果显示，观察组临床总有效32例，总有效率为94．12％，明显高于对照组（85．29％），两组比较差异显著（P〈0．05）。结果表明，手术配合中药内服外用治疗肛门尖锐湿疣效果显著。
This study was to observe the clinical effect of combination of Chinese medicine oral administra- tion and its external use for treating anal condyloma acuminatum, randomly divided 68 cases into control group and observation one, n =34 for each;the former received routine operation,while except for opera- tion the latter was added with above combination therapy of Chinese medicine ; then observed their clinical effect.As results,the latter was significantly better than the former （32/34,94.12% vs 29/34,85.29%, P 〈0.05）.Results show that this combination therapy of Chinese medicine has great effect for anal condylo- ma acuminatum.
