摘要
压力容器制造过程中,经常发生厚度32mm及以上Q345R设备试板,在热处理后,焊接接头抗拉强度难以满足标准规定的要求。通过使用不同的焊接材料进行施焊,在试板经受正火及消应力热处理后,对接头的力学性能进行对比分析,认为不同的焊材和热处理状态对试验结果有重要影响。针对不同设计要求,选择相应的焊材进行封头焊接。
In the manufacturing process of pressure vessels,the production test plates for Q345R,thickness not less than 32mm, shall be performed with post weld heat treatment(PWHT). The tensile strength of weld joints may be not meet the requirement of the standard. The test plates will be welded with different consumables, then performed with normalizing and post weld heat treatment for stress relief. Comparison with different test results,consumables and heat treating put important effect on the test results. The choice of welding consumable shall be according to the design conditions.
