摘要
数控车床是一种自动化车床,其将机、电、仪融为一体,具有较高的效能和技术含量。但是,学生在数控加工实训中,由于操作不当,经常会引发一些事故。为避免学生在数控机床实训时的故障,切实提高学生的数控加工能力,本文主要分析学生在实训中产生的典型故障。
Numerical control lathe is an automatic machine tool,which integrates the mechanical, electrical, instrument, with high performance and technical content. However, students in training of Numerical control lathe, often cause some accidents due to improper operation. To prevent students' failure while training of Numerical Control Machining, in order to effectively improve students' ability of Numerical Control Machining, This paper analyzes the typical faults resulting in the training of students.
