摘要
秦皇岛秦冶重工有限公司同宝钢、赛迪合作研发大型无料钟炉顶,经过设计仿真分析和1∶1试验平台测试,各种测试所得到的数据和指标,完全达到了预期目标。由于新一代大型无料钟炉顶设备的优异性能,秦冶赢得了客户的信任,获得多项国内外大型高炉炉顶产品的合同,实现国产大型无料钟炉顶设备出口零的突破。出口的首套大型无料钟炉顶设备在浦项印尼PTKP3800m3高炉无料钟炉顶设备已通过最终验收,自2013年12月23日点火投产以来,炉顶设备保持连续稳定运行。
The Qinhuangdao Qinye Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd research and development the large bell-less top charging equipment with Bao Steel and CISDI,through the design and simulation analysis and 1 ∶ 1 experiment platform to test,the obtained data and indicators achieved the expected goal. As a new generation of large bell-less top charging equipment with excellent performance,Qinye won the trust of customers,sign a number of contracts of domestic and foreign contracts of large blast furnace products,implementation of domestic large bell-less top equipment exports zero breakthrough. The first large bell-less top charging equipment of PTKP 3800m3 blast furnace top already past the final acceptance test,from 23 th Nov 2013,the bell-less top charging equipment keeps steady running.
