摘要
远程教育作为传统教育的一种补充形式,为那些上学不便或迫切需要学习的人提供了学习的机会,同时也为社会快速地培养了大批所需要的各级各类人才,其在发展过程中固然存在着诸多的问题,但是其功绩与价值却是不容忽视的。关于远程教育的起源以及分期问题现在存在着多种看法,在前人的基础上文章以媒体的演变为标志,对远程教育的发展历史进行了梳理归纳,并就各个阶段的问题与功绩进行了客观的评述。最后借鉴国外的经验,就我国远程教育的发展方向做了简要评述。
As a supplementary form of traditional education, distance education has offered more accesses for those who want to learn eagerly or have difficulties to go to school, and it also has rapidly trained many needed talents for the society at large scale. Though there were a lot of problems in its development, its achievements and values are undoubted. There are many kinds of views re- garding the original and division problem, this paper has integrated the history of distance education based on the former researches. Moreover, it has reviewed the achievements and problems of each era and made a short comment on the developing problem referring to the foreign experiences.
