摘要
阐述了保持架发生断裂的影响因素,以某型号圆柱滚子轴承保持架为例,提出改进保持架兜孔结构设计的2种方案,并使用ANSYS对保持架结构进行应力分析对比,同时,根据结构改进设计将工艺加工后的效果做出对比,选择合适的改进方案。
The influencing factors are explained about fracture of cage.Taking a certain type of cage for cylindrical roll-er bearing as an example,two kinds of schemes are presented for improving structural design of cage pocket.The stress analysis for cage structure is compared by using ANSYS.At the same time,according to improved structural design, the effect is compared after processing technology,and the appropriate improvement scheme is selected.
