摘要
利用景观格局指数的方法分析了丘陵山区农村居民点景观格局分布特点,并针对此提出了合理的整理方式.然后针对目前常用的人均用地指标法存在计算结果偏离实际等问题,以福建省闽清县为研究区域,综合考虑农村居民点整理的空心化、生态安全、经济可行和社会可接受等4个方面的因素,利用熵值法确定指标权重,建立丘陵山区农村居民点整治修正模型.研究表明,闽清县各乡镇空心化指数在0.265 8~0.839 0之间,生态安全性修正系数在0.541 6~0.969 1之间,经济可行性修正系数在0.117 0~0.601 8之间,社会可接受性修正系数在0.329 3~0.918 1之间.最终得出,闽清县农村居民点整理的现实潜力由理论上的870.35 hm2降低至综合修正后的119.93 hm2,修正后的现实潜力占理论潜力的比例为13.78%.
According to the characteristics of the rural residential in the southern hillside and results deviate from the actual problems in the commonly used per capita land index method calculation,taking Minqing county of Fujian province as the study area,having a comprehensive consideration of hollowing out,natural,ecological safety and economically feasible and socially acceptable these five factors in the rural residential areas,the entropy value method was used to determine the index weight,and hilly rural residential renovation correction model was established. Studies have shown that the hollowing out index of each villages and towns in Minqing county was between 0. 2658 and 0. 839 0,the ecological security correction coefficient was between 0. 541 6 and 0. 969 1,the economic feasibility correction coefficient was between 0. 117 0 and 0. 601 8,and the social acceptability correction factor was between 0. 329 3 and 0. 918 1. Finally it concluded that the potential of increasing arable land area in rural residential areas of Minqing county,reduced from the theoretically 870. 35 hm2 to the comprehensive revised 119. 93 hm2,and the increase of the revised coefficient of cultivated land was 13. 78%.
