师徒制知识共享敌意的治理机制研究 被引量:7

摘要 个体间持续的知识共享是提升组织竞争能力、运营能力和创新能力的关键。在挖掘师徒制知识共享敌意产生原因的基础之上,利用边际分析方法,绘制了师傅知识囤积行为和徒弟知识排斥行为的正(负)效用的变化趋势。合理的知识治理机制有助于缓解师徒制知识共享敌意的程度。 Continual knowledge sharing is the key to improve the competitive ability, operation ability and innovative ability of the organization. Under the analysis of causes of knowledge sharing hostility in the master- apprentice pattern, we draw the change trend of positive or negative utility during the master's knowledge hoarding and the apprentice's knowledge rejecting by using the marginal analysis method. The corresponding knowledge governance approach can ease the degree of knowledge sharing hostility in master-apprentice pattern.
