细胞信号分子对非生物胁迫下植物脯氨酸代谢的调控 被引量:35

Regulation of Cell Signaling Molecules on Proline Metabolism in Plants under Abiotic Stress

摘要 大量研究表明脯氨酸积累在植物响应与适应非生物胁迫中起重要作用,但如何调节脯氨酸合成和降解仍有许多疑问。已知植物对逆境胁迫的响应与适应过程涉及复杂的细胞信号发生与转导事件,也有研究表明细胞信号分子参与了植物体内脯氨酸代谢的调控过程,但不清楚其具体机理。本文综述了脯氨酸代谢的合成与降解途径,以及脱落酸(ABA)、Ca2+、一氧化氮(NO)、过氧化氢(H2O2)、水杨酸(SA)等细胞信号分子在脯氨酸代谢调控中的作用,并讨论了信号分子之间信号交谈对脯氨酸代谢可能的影响模式及未来研究的展望。 The importance of proline accumulation in the responses and adaptation of plants to abiotic stress has been well demonstrated, but the mechanisms that regulate proline synthesis and degradation still wait for further investigation. It is well known that responses and adaptation of plants to environmental stresses involve complicated cell signaling transduction events, and increasing evidences show cell signaling molecules take part in the regulation of proline metabolism. However, regulatory mechanisms of these signaling molecules on proline metabolism are still unclear. The present review summarized the metabolic pathways of proline biosynthesis and degradation, discussed possible roles of the cell signaling molecules—abscisic acid(ABA), Ca2+, NO, H2O2 and salicylic acid(SA)—and effects of their signaling crosstalk on proline metabolism, and prospected the future studies.
