碾米过程中的气固两相流耦合仿真初探 被引量:6

摘要 初步探索了进行碾米室内气固两相流耦合仿真的方法。在基于EDEM平台创建碾米的离散元模型后,再基于ANSYS WORKBENCH平台创建流体域并划分网格,然后将网格文件导入FLUENT中,接着将EDEM与FLUENT进行耦合连接进行气固两相流耦合仿真求解。结果表明该仿真方法是可行的,为碾米机中的通风结构设计提供了理论依据,对于其他类似的气固两相流仿真也具有一定的借鉴意义。 Gas-solid two-phase flow coupling simulation in rice milling was discussed. First based on platform of EDEM, rice milling discrete element model has been created. Based on platform of ANSYS WORKBENCH, fluid domain has been genera- ted and mesh file into FLUENT,then EDEM and FLUENT has been coupled, finally the coupled simulation of gas-solid two- phase flow has been solved. Simulation results show that the method is feasible, which provides a theoretical basis for design of the rice milling machine ventilation structure, and it has a certain significance for similar to other gas-solid two-phase flow.
