松萝酸抗肿瘤作用的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 松萝酸是一种地衣类植物的次级代谢产物。研究表明松萝酸能抑制促癌剂诱发癌变,并通过诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞转移及肿瘤血管生成等途径发挥抗肿瘤作用。随着其作用机制的进一步阐明,松萝酸抗肿瘤应用开发具有广阔前景。 Usnic acid is a major active ingredient in lichens. Reports indicated that usnic acid could inhibit the carcinogenesis induced by carcinogen. Usnic acid also inhibited the growth of tumor cells through inducing apoptosis, suppressing tumor metastasis and tumor angiogenesis. With further studies on mechanism of antieancer actions, usnic acid is being expected to have a good prospect of development and application for cancer therapy.
