摘要
研究了Mg-30%Ce添加对Al-Si-0.5Gd合金微观组织和显微硬度的影响。结果表明,Mg-30%Ce能够细化铸态Al-Si-0.5Gd合金的显微组织。随着Mg-30%Ce添加量的增加,细化效果更加明显,但当Ce含量为0.9%时,细化效果不再增强。添加Mg-30%Ce后,合金晶粒边界处出现含Ce稀土相。随添加量的增加,该相明显增加,合金的显微硬度呈现上升的趋势。当Ce含量为0.9%时,显微硬度开始降低。
The effect of Mg-30% Ce addition on the microstructures and microhardness of the alloy Al-Si-0.5Gd was investigated.The results show that the microstructure of the as-cast alloy Al-Si-0.5Gd can be refined after adding Mg-30%Ce into the alloy.The refining effect becomes better with the increase of Mg-30%Ce addition,but the refining effect is not enhanced when the content of Mg-30%Ce is 0.9%.The Ce-contained rare earth phases appear at the grain boundary of the alloy after adding Mg-30%Ce,and the rare earth phase increase with the increase of the Mg-30%Ce addition and thus the hardness of the alloy increases.However,the microhardness of the alloy decreases significantly when the content of Mg-30%Ce reaches 0.9%.
