宝石CT冠脉成像中护理干预与辐射剂量的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨在宝石CT冠脉成像中,护理干预对辐射剂量的影响。方法选择2014年6月~2015年6月期间200例行心脏冠状动脉检查的患者作为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组100例。干预组给予综合护理干预措施,对照组仅给予常规护理干预。两组患者根据其干预后心率分为A1、A2组及B1、B2组;A1、B1组患者采用前瞻性心电门控扫描;A2、B2组患者采用回顾性心电门控扫描方式。记录200例患者的影像学资料和辐射剂量并进行图像质量评价,判断综合护理干预对辐射剂量的影响。结果①A组91例、B组67例采取前瞻性心电门控扫描方式,两组患者的前瞻性心电门控扫描率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。②A1与B1冠状动脉成像质量评分差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。③A组辐射剂量低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论详尽的护理干预措施能更好地缓解患者的紧张情绪.有利于患者掌握正确的呼吸屏气方式,能够达到在提高图像质量的前提下提高前瞻性心电门控扫描率、降低辐射剂量的目的。 Objective To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on radiation dose in Discovery CT 750HD Coronary angiography. Methods In this study, a total of 200 cases of patients from June 2014 to June 2015 in our hos- pital, were divided imo two groupg of intervention group and control group, and each group had 100 cases; The inter- vention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention measures. Meanwhile the control group was given routine nursing intervention. According to the heart rate after intervention, patients were respectively divided into AI, A2 and B1, B2 group. Patients of group A1 and B1 were adopted prospective ECG-gated scanning mode; Others were adopted retrospective ECG-gated scanning mode. Thus the effects of nursing intervention on radiation dose can be judged by recording the imaging data and radiation dose of 200 patients. Results 91 cases of group A and 67 patients of group B were adopted prospective ECG-gated scanning mode. There was a significant difference in number of the two groups with prospective ECG-gated scanning mode(P〈0.05). There was a significant difference in the image quality of coronary artery branches(P〈0.05). The radiation dose group A suffered was lower than group B, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention measures can alleviate anxiety and help patients master the correct way of breathing. It can increase the number of patients adopted prospective ECG -gated scanning mode and reduce the radiation dose with a better image quality.
